HPC Manufacturing
We have a fully equipped laboratory that carries out standard testing procedures for the HPC industry.
Our manufacturing plant has an impressive capacity to produce an array of HPC products, including the following:
- Toothpaste
- Home care liquids and powders
- Personal care creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and pastes
This unit also handles primary packaging, with filling capacity that covers the following packaging categories:
- Tubes ranging from 50ml to 500ml
- Bottles ranging from 250ml to 1 litre
- Jars ranging from 50g to 750g
- Pouches ranging from 30ml to 1 litre
- Cannisters ranging from 500g to 1kg
Multi-purpose blending and sachet packing plant
- Packing of dry foods in sachets from 5g upwards, stand-up pouches, cannisters and pre-formed bags.
- Packing of home and personal care powders in sachets from 5g upwards, stand up pouches, cannisters and pre-formed bags
- Liquids packing for food and personal and home care in sachets from 5g upwards, stand-up pouches and bottles
- Blending and mixing of powder-based products
